Hi, I'm so glad you are here! If you are struggling with mental health, grief, trauma, relationships or life changes it may be the time to lean into the support of a professional. I'm a licensed professional counselor associate licensed in Texas and if your in Texas I'd love to support you on your journey. I graduated from Lamar University with a masters in counseling and development with an emphasis in family and marriage therapy. This may sound like I only see couples or families but what it really means is I see therapy from a systems perspective. I believe we are greatly impacted by our families and the systems we live and operate in. I see individuals, couples and families. I specialize with teens, young adults, women, athletes and coaches as well.

Outside of work, I'm outside 😊 I love the outdoors, walking, hiking, really anything nature inspired. I love to challenge myself, workout, read books, travel, and I'm working on my yoga certification as well.

I provide a relatable approach to mental health therapy, that many find to be a breath of fresh air in a world that can feel insensitive and overwhelming.
