Thank you Archie for your authentic response to missing your family. All too often in collegiate athletics, raw emotional responses like this are seen as being weak, when in reality, this young man is displaying a great deal of strength. This program is designed for middle school athletes (ages 11-14).

The Foundation is a comprehensive program designed specifically for middle school athletes to build strong, healthy habits that support long-term success in sports and life. Centered around three core pillars—movement, nutrition, and mental resiliency—the program provides structured physical activities to develop strength, coordination, and confidence. It teaches the importance of balanced nutrition to fuel performance and growth, while also offering tools to build mental toughness, focus, and self-belief. The Foundation aims to support young athletes develop the mindset and habits they need to thrive both in the game and in life.
