Iowa Wellness Clinic My name is Shannon Braslavsky and I am an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. I have been in private practice for over 8 years.

I specialized in primary care, hormone replacement, aesthetics and chronic disease management. Over the past two years, I have been doing telemedicine for weight loss, male erectile dysfunction, acne, and birth control. The dream of this clinic is to help as many people as I can lose weight and get their hormones optimized!
