Last month, nine women gathered for a weekend called The Soft Reset.

They came from different backgrounds, different experiences, and different seasons of life.

What struck me most wasn’t what made them different.

It was how quickly they chose to support one another.

No competition.

No judgment.

No trying to prove who had it harder or who had it more figured out.

Just women listening.

Encouraging.

Sharing.

Holding space.

It reminded me of something I believe deeply:

Life is hard enough without us making it harder for each other.

Imagine what would happen if more people chose curiosity over criticism.
Support over comparison.
Collaboration over competition.

We all rise a little higher when someone believes in us.

And sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer another person isn’t advice.

It’s simply letting them know they’re not alone. 🤍

My retreat starts tomorrow and honestly…

part of me is incredibly excited and part of me is thinking:

“Who the hell do I think I am?” 😅

Everything is coming together beautifully. The guides are printed, the itinerary is done, people are showing up to help me, and this thing I dreamed up is actually becoming real.

But imposter syndrome is loud.

I think people assume that when you host something like a retreat, you suddenly become fearless and fully healed and completely confident.

Absolutely not 😂

I’m still healing.
Still learning.
Still growing.

And honestly, I almost think that’s the point.

Because I’m not trying to stand above anyone at this retreat pretending I have life perfectly figured out.

I’m simply trying to create a space where women can breathe, reflect, connect, and feel a little less alone in whatever they’re carrying.

And maybe we don’t have to be perfectly healed before we’re allowed to help other people.

Maybe we just have to be real 🤍
