Wareham Connects Wareham Connects is a newly established youth substance use prevention coalition as of January 2022.

Wareham Connects is a local coalition in the town of Wareham that is made up of members throughout the community to address youth substance use prevention, and provide linkages to community resources. This group is made up of volunteers such as parents, school and town leaders, youth-serving organizations, and other local agencies that meet on a regular basis to help build protective factors for young people to live a healthy life.

🟣This event will feature presentations on our Crisis Mobile Intervention (MCI) services and Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS) programs—two vital supports designed to provide immediate help, safety, and hope to individuals in crisis.
