Alhamdulillah. From a rural village in Sylhet to standing at the podium representing the largest public university system in New York, today feels unreal. I am immensely proud of how far I’ve come.

From being a nervous international student struggling with language barriers to becoming the Commencement Speaker for the Class of 2026 Sakib Shikder, this journey has been filled with challenges, growth, faith, and resilience. Allah made me complete my bachelor’s in psychology, and I will forever be grateful to everyone who supported me along the way. ❤️🎓
