All crafters, vendors, and home-based businesses are welcome to join the festivities in preparation for the holidays! Please email Marilyn McCombe ([email protected]) for assistance with registration.

Booth fees are $70 and include a tax-deductible donation of $50 to The Arc of North Central Virginia to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in our community. Donation receipts will be provided, and businesses will be listed as 2025 Arctober Sponsors on The Arc of NCV website.
Vendors will be registered first come, first served based on the date we receive payment. The Arc of NCV will only accept one registration per direct advertising company (eg. one Pampered Chef). The Arc of NCV will assign booth locations with a variety of crafts that are offered in each area of the cafeteria.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:
Booth set begins at 8:00 am. All exhibitors must have their booths set up by 10:00 am Saturday, October 18, and must remain set up until 2:00 pm.

Booths are approximately 10’ wide. Tables available upon request.
Vendors are asked to donate an item for the event silent auction.
During registration, please let us know if you would like a table -- LIMITED QUANTITIES - One per booth
Bring your own heavy duty cord for electricity if you have requested it during registration.
All family-appropriate crafts and vendors are welcome, and must comply with school policies. No items containing hate speech items, alcohol, to***co, or adult themes may be displayed.
The Arc of NCV reserves the right to request removal of any items deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of the Executive Director.
The Arc of NCV is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

Registration deadline is October 8, 2026. Applicants will be notified immediately if there is already a vendor representing their company. Vendors with a developmental disability please contact Marilyn McCombe ([email protected]) for registration.
