May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental health difficulties are common, especially when experiencing stressful events such as losing a job, divorce, bereavement or other life adjustment concerns. But, all too often, mental health is one of the most neglected areas of health globally.
Don’t be afraid to open up and ask for help. When you take care of your mental health, you are not only taking care of you, but those around you.
