Taking a collective deep breath... and heading to the beach! 🌊☀️

To make the most of these bright summer days, studio classes are on break for the rest of the season. We’ll be back, refreshed and ready to flow, right after Labor Day in September! 🧘‍♀️

Hey yogis! Just a couple of quick changes to the schedule:

☀️ Monday Evening Classes are officially on hold for the summer.
❌ This Wednesday, June 17th at 11 AM class is cancelled for this week only.

Monday, May 25th: There will be NO 5:00 PM class at .

Thursday Nights: This coming week (May 28th) will be my final Thursday night class at Wrightstown Health and Fitness.

Beautiful souls, a room, and a whole lot of transformed energy. 🔥✨

This week, Rosanna, Kelly, and I hosted our Intentional Energy Workshop, and my heart is just overflowing with gratitude. We dove deep into the Solar Plexus chakra and explored the Paradox of Power, the truth that real strength doesn't come from rigid, tense control, but from a center that is strong enough to hold its own, yet supple enough to breathe and adapt.

We started by writing down our raw intentions and letting them brew in a collective simmer pot, stoked our internal fires through a mindful core flow, then completely surrendered into a deeply restorative sound bath and ended the evening celebrating this amazing community with some wine, cheese, and connection.

To everyone who brought their courage to their mat, whether you came with a friend or showed up solo, thank you for trusting us with your energy. You made this room magic. 💛

Sometimes we just need to clear the mental space to turn our intentions into reality. I’m counting down the days until the Intentional Energy event on May 20th.
