Let’s continue to break those barriers, kick them down if we have to, and empower one another- because there’s so much more work to be done to create space for women.

Companies talk diversity, equity and inclusion all day and you have to call the bu****it card when they have no women partners, no women executives and every voice at the table doesn’t provide equal representation across the voices of the customer base they are servicing.

To all of my women out there please create space and make space today and every other day after that.

Happy New Year to you! Welcome to 2022!

We have missed you and are excited to see you! We are looking forward to great things this year and cannot wait to share some exciting events with you.

The books are opening! 🎉 All sessions will resume this coming week, January 4, 2022. As a reminder, we have moved to pre booking and request that ALL scheduling be done via our booking system. RMThompson and Co. will continue with in-person sessions however, we are closely monitoring the CDC's guidance and the COVID-19 virus. Should the office need to close, we will communicate that with you. While attending in-person appointments, please be reminded of the indoor mask mandate for Prince George's County regardless of your vaccination status. Let's all do our part in keeping each other healthy and safe.
