Whew — this weekend was PACKED! In addition to supporting the community baby shower, I also taught three classes at Virginia Hospital Center: Breastfeeding Basics, Baby’s First Year, and Infant Skills.

A special thank you to all the families who participated in my classes — and an extra thank you to those who were with me for more than one session. I truly enjoyed connecting with each of you, learning about your goals, and having those deeper after-class conversations that mean so much.

As always, I’m a huge advocate for childbirth education because it helps remove fears, build confidence, and prepare us to birth and parent with intention. Grateful for every family who chooses to learn and grow with me. 💛

The CPC Women’s Ministry & Servolution Community Baby Shower was an absolute hit! 💕✨ We connected with so many families and shared so many resources that our entire table was cleared out by the end of the day. 🙌🏾

A huge thank you to Terri for inviting us — your support means so much. And deep gratitude to every parent, caregiver, and community member we had the honor of meeting. 🤍

Special love to the doulas on my team, Katara and Chanel, who always show up with heart and hold space for families with such compassion. I’m so grateful for you both. 💛

A huge thank you to Kailah and her sweet baby Kenzo for joining — Kailah is a past client, and it was such a joy catching up. 💛

We talked about everything under the sun — from children’s illnesses, school and daycare experiences, and co-parenting challenges to parenting support, self-care, healthy food choices, and exercise.

Community really does make parenting lighter. 💕
