Some growing nonprofits are entering the summer with real momentum.

New funding opportunities. Programs expanding. Staff needing direction. Board expectations increasing. Community needs growing.

And while the mission may be strong, the next 90 days may not be as clear as they need to be.

The women before us opened doors—now, we’re building entire rooms.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the women who have shaped my journey—mentors, friends, and fierce leaders who showed me what’s possible.

But more than that, I think about the legacy we’re building right now.

Women before us fought for seats at the table. We’re building our own tables.
They broke barriers.

We’re making sure they never get rebuilt.

Running a business, leading a team, and scaling isn’t just about numbers—it’s about creating something that outlives us.

Something that creates impact, freedom, and change.

So as March ends, let’s carry this momentum forward. Let’s not just celebrate history—let’s continue making it.
