Su***de prevention requires more than awareness. It means being willing to ask direct questions, listen to the hard conversations, and take action when someone needs it. It starts before a crisis and it takes all of us — be there for your people.

If you or someone you know is in need of help, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. You don’t have to do it alone. 🫂
