Hamilton Therapeutic Services is an online private practice that provides telehealth psychotherapy to families, adults, couples and seniors across DC, Maryland, & Virginia. I use different modalities to help address those concerns. First, we assess the concerns and develop a plan together. Then we begin our sessions by getting to know each other through a "therapeutic relationship." Followed by me

thodically working our way through psychoeducation and mixed modalities to address each concern. Periodically, we reelevate your progress and adjust based on your personal needs.
