Since joining the company in 1999, Jeff has helped shape the operating model, culture, and client partnerships that define CENTERS today. His leadership has been central to our growth from our roots in collegiate recreation to a broader operating-partner model serving recreation and wellness centers, student centers, arenas, and event and conference services.

At CENTERS, we believe AI isn’t about replacing expertise. It’s about expanding it. The organizations that will lead tomorrow aren’t the ones with the most technology. Over three days, our team explored practical applications of AI across leadership, communication, campus recreation, critical thinking, and people management. More importantly, our own employees stepped forward to share their knowledge, challenge perspectives, and create conversations that will continue long after the sessions ended.

Last month, celebrated 21 years of impact.

Since opening in 2005, UAB Rec has been more than a recreation facility. It has served as a hub for student development, leadership growth, community building, and well-being. Through innovative programs, meaningful employment opportunities, and exceptional experiences, UAB Rec has helped shape generations of students while strengthening the UAB community.
