Hii there 🌿 Some news to share! Maybe a little diary entry 🤭 I’m excited and deeply grateful to share that Sama is stepping into a new chapter.

The Rest of the Story:
For the past four years, whoa!? Sama has been rooted inside another establishment, a space that became the foundation of this practice in ways I will always value. When i first stepped into these rooms, I truly never imagined how meaningful that chapter would become, how much life would unfold there, or how many meaningful connections would be built within those walls.

Recently, we were notified that the anchoring business would be expanding its own practice, which means the rooms Sama has been operating from will no longer be available to us.

I’ll be honest — this was unexpected, and at first it felt like a lot to hold. Sama has been my heart’s work for years, and transitions like this come with both grief and hope.

What followed was a season of both uncertainty and growth, navigating the reality of today’s commercial market, feeling overwhelmed at times, and even wondering if the safest choice was simply to find another shared space within an established practice.

But somewhere in that process, something shifted. As I sat with it, prayed through it, and began to imagine what could be possible, I started to feel a deeper pull toward building something of our own, a space where Sama could continue to grow, stand independently, and open the door for what Sama is continuing to become long-term.

With intention, care, and trust in the process, we have found a standalone commercial space where Sama can continue serving this community and begin writing its next chapter.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. I am so honored to bring you into this next season as it unfolds.

if you’re new here, hi 🤍 i’m Andree.. 33, a holistic massage therapist, and I’m excited to share a piece of my heart with you, as a lot of heart has been poured into curating Sama Studio.

i’ve been doing this work for 10 years now, and somehow it still feels like such a gift to show up for people in this way.

my work has always been rooted in helping the body soften.. not just physically, but in the deeper places too. the nervous system, the breath, the way we hold stress, the way we move through life carrying more than we realize.

outside of the studio, i’m quite the homebody. happiest when i’m cozying up to knit, soaking in a warm botanical bath, or finding a quiet yet adventurous reset somewhere in nature, with my family and my pups.

Sama Studio is a space created for whole-person care. where your body can soften, your nervous system can exhale, and you can feel supported exactly as you are.
