The Ancient Art of Massage 💆🏽

I recently went to the with my family and walked upon this beautiful little corner.

Did you know? Massage therapy dates back thousand of years to ancient cultures.

The first written record of massage dates back as far as 1800BC in a Chinese text. This text detailed massage technique as benefiting the recipient through therapeutic touch.

Galen, a physician to the Roman gladiators, completed a series of massage for treating different diseases and injuries (and was believed to be the first form of sports massage) HOW COOL!!

Massage therapy, in its most basic form, has been around since the beginning of the human race.
