The little moments I’m sometimes too busy to appreciate… will probably be the exact moments I’d give anything to relive someday. 🤍

You are my 7 minutes.

- 1 large onion (sliced, these will go into your sandwich layer)
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of red wine
- 2 cups of beef bone broth
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 pound Chuck Roast, pat it dry and brown it (browning is optional- I skipped this step in the video)

Add it into your slow cooker and season generously on both sides with:
- Onion powder
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder

Cook on low 8 hours.
Once the beef is done, separate it from the liquid and shred it all up in a bowl.

Then strain all of the juice from your slow cooker and set it aside (this is the Au Jus that you'll be dipping the sandwich in) I save the onions to add back into my sandwich

In a bowl make a quick spread by combining:
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 3 cloves of garlic (pro tip take a couple garlic pieces from your slow cooker and just mash them into the mayo!)
- 11/2 tbs of lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
-
Then you're going to get a large
CRUSTY loaf like sourdough and cut it down the middle (like you would cut a sub)
add your spread
Now added your shredded beef
Reserved onions
Provolone cheese
And broil until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
Dip into the au jus and enjoy !

5 reasons I’ll never regret spending money on swim lessons

1. Because water safety matters
2. Because confidence starts here
3. Because independence is priceless
4. Because skills last a lifetime
5. Because peace of mind is worth it
