I get asked often for more clarity regarding the Lymphatic System. Its beneficial for so many reasons. But there are times NOT to do it.
Active infection- No
Fighting a cold or virus-No
Blood clots DVT- No
Congestive Heart Failure-No
These conditions are times I can not perform MLD.
Now....if you would like to recover from a cold that is on it way out. You were sick but better now...that's a perfect time to help the body clear itself of residue from the sickness.
Our Lymphatic system is our first line defense! Give it a chance to do its job which is break down invaders!

Although we are all fascinated by novelty and the new in itself, and occasionally assume only something big can be meaningful. It is worth remembering that we usually move forward in small steps. A small change can move mountains; at the right time, for example, now....make one little change today, and build on that.
