Even though I don’t have a graduate this year, I’m feeling the energy of graduation season all around — and I want to celebrate with you.

To the families cheering on their grads: I see the pride, the bittersweet tears, the deep breath of “we made it.” Your love helped carry them here. You’re graduating too — into a new chapter of parenting, letting go, and watching them rise.

And to my life coaching clients and the women in my world:

Graduation isn’t just for high school or college.

Sometimes it looks like finally leaving a job that drained you.
Sometimes it’s stepping into your purpose or healing an old belief.
Sometimes it’s claiming a version of yourself that you had long buried.

If you’re in a season of change — you’re graduating too.
Into a wiser, softer, braver version of yourself.

So wherever you are right now — take a moment and celebrate your growth.

You are worthy of a cap and gown just for making it through what you’ve made it through.

With love,
Yamei

“Expect a Miracle—Today.”

You don’t have to hustle harder.
You don’t have to prove your worth.
You just have to believe it’s possible… and open your heart to receive.

Miracles aren’t always loud.
Sometimes they show up as a text that makes you smile,
a sudden wave of clarity,
or the right person crossing your path at the perfect time.

When you align your energy with trust, ease, and joy… life responds.

So today, instead of asking “What could go wrong?”
Try asking:
“What miracle is already on its way to me?”

And then—watch what happens.

Schdule an apt at https://calendly.com/lily199060/discovery-call to discuss what miracle are you expecting

“When life feels heavy, it’s usually not life—it’s the misalignment.”

Sometimes the schedule is packed, the noise is loud, and everyone needs something from you… and yet the real ache is internal.

You’ve been so busy holding it all together that you’ve disconnected from you.

Alignment isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence. Peace. Power.
It’s about remembering:
You are allowed to slow down, shift directions, and realign with what actually feels good.

Today, check in with your energy.
Ask: “Is this version of me the one I truly want to grow?”

You are not behind. You are being guided.
Let today be a return to your true rhythm.

“You don’t have to force it. You just have to align with it.”

There’s a powerful shift that happens when you move from pushing to allowing.
When you align with the energy of what you want—peace, abundance, connection—you no longer chase… you attract.

You become a magnet for what’s meant for you.
Your job isn’t to control every step—it’s to stay in the frequency of what you desire.
That’s alignment. That’s trust. That’s flow.

Today, ask yourself:
What am I trying to force that I can instead allow?

Breathe. Let it in. You’re already on the path.

Yesterday was the first meeting with our newly elected city council, and I’m feeling hopeful. There’s something energizing about being in a room with people who are ready to listen, collaborate, and move a city forward together.

Being an Alderwoman wasn’t on my original life plan—but the truth is, leadership found me when I started showing up with purpose. I ran because I care deeply about my community, and I stayed because I believe real change begins with connection and courage. I am so grateful for the things i learnt for the past two years and conitnue to serve two more years .

Leading a city is a lot like leading a life. It’s a series of choices. Some easy. Some hard. But every decision tells a story—of who you are, what you value, and what kind of legacy you want to build.

That’s also why I became a life coach. Because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to want more, and to rise up and say: “This is my life. I get to lead it.”

If you’re in a season where you’re ready to take the lead in your own life—to stop reacting and start creating with intention—I want you to know it’s possible. And I’d be honored to walk beside you.

Let’s design a life that reflects your values, your strength, and your vision

What we see on screens isn’t always the whole story.

Yesterday, I posted a beautiful photo of our Easter celebration—smiling faces, family gathered, everything looking picture-perfect.

But what you didn’t see was the long day of cooking, the kids running wild through the house, the moments I felt overstimulated, the dishes piling up, or how tired I was by the end of it.

It was a good day—a full, messy, meaningful kind of good.
But it wasn’t flawless.
It was real.

Social media often shows the highlight reel. We scroll through images of perfect homes, glowing skin, smiling couples, and thriving businesses—and forget that behind every photo is a human being, navigating real life.

So if your day feels chaotic, imperfect, or “not enough”—I just want to remind you:
You’re not doing it wrong. You’re doing it for real.

The magic isn’t in the perfect picture.
It’s in the love you gave, the effort you made, the way you showed up anyway.

You’re not behind. You’re human. And that’s more than enough.

If you would like to share your story and deep experience of comparing your low with others high, I am here to talk. Let’s connect !

From Jealousy to Alignment: A Shift That Changed Everything

There was a time when seeing someone else’s beautiful vacation, happy family, thriving business, or joyful life made me feel small. And trust me, if one person would feel those feelings, it would be me.
Jealous. Envious. Frustrated.
I’d think, “Why not me?”

But I’ve learned something that changed everything:

When we start noticing what others have that we desire… it’s not a sign we’re behind. It’s a sign we’re getting close.
That ping of envy?
That’s desire waking up. That’s alignment trying to nudge us forward.
That’s your future self saying:
“Pay attention. You’re on your way.”

So now, when I scroll and feel something stir in me, I smile.
Because I know I’m not separate from it.
It’s just a glimpse of what’s coming.

If you’ve ever felt that heaviness in your chest when someone else has what you want, take a breath and say:
“Thank you for showing me what’s possible.”

Let’s stop beating ourselves up for feeling human emotions.
Let’s rise above them with love, curiosity, and powerful self-awareness.

You’re not falling behind.
You’re being called forward.

If you have those feelings work through , it’s okay and safe and be open about it. Let’s talk

To discover where you are at and get a clarity where you would like to go

Choosing Peace Over Proving a Point

There’s always some noise online—
Social media posts, comments, arguments.
Some directed at me. Some just plain negative.

I’ve watched people jump in to defend, to argue, to prove their point.

But me?
I choose to stay quiet.

Not because I’m weak.
Not because I don’t care.
Not because I don’t have something to say.

But because I’m at a place in my life where I choose peace over proving a point.

I know what I’m here for.
I know the energy I want to walk in.
And I know the woman I want to be—especially when things get hard or messy.

This is what I coach my clients on too:
You don’t have to attend every argument you’re invited to.
You don’t have to defend yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you.
You don’t have to explain your purpose to those who aren’t ready to receive it.

But what you do have to do is protect your energy.
Especially as a woman who wears many hats.
Who leads.
Who gives so much.
Who holds space for others, even when she’s tired.

So here’s a gentle coaching moment for you:
• Where in your life are you spending energy trying to prove something?
• What would shift if you stopped—and simply owned your truth instead?

You’re allowed to walk away.
You’re allowed to be unbothered.
You’re allowed to protect your peace.

And if you’re in a season where you’re tired of the noise and craving calm, clarity, and confidence—
I’d love to support you.

Let’s talk.
