One thing we absolutely love encouraging here at Infinity is each client’s unique creativity and artistic talents. We have so many amazing individuals who not only enjoy making art, but truly shine while doing it!

Being neuro-affirming means creating a space where our clients feel safe being themselves, exploring their interests, trying new things, and having fun along the way. 💛😊

We’ve been talking a lot about the neuroaffirming workplace practices we embrace here at Infinity, and one thing we’ve noticed is how many of us share similar favorites! 💙

Lauren, one of our amazing Provider Level 2 team members and Data Specialists, especially loves the variety of seating options we offer throughout the office. Having different spaces to work in helps her stay comfortable and supported through different sensory inputs like adjustable lighting 💡, seating with different levels of pressure/support depending on her “work mode” 🧠, and of course… soft cozy blankets. 🛋️✨

Lauren also prefers sharing her favorite affirming practices through video 🎥, so we hope you enjoy this little peek at a few of her signature sitting poses. 😂

Sadly, we didn’t capture the infamous gargoyle pose this time 👀🧌 …but we’re pretty sure you can imagine it! And naturally, no work setup would be complete without Lauren’s emotional support blanket.

Connection first, growth follows. 💫

Using the DIRFloortime® modality within our EIDBI program means recognizing that relationships and emotional connection are essential to development. We support growth by joining clients in their world through play, interaction, trust, and shared experiences.

These moments may look simple, but they help build communication, confidence, emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, and healthy relationships — all while creating a safe space for mental health and developmental growth to happen naturally, and at the pace of the client. 💛

Highlighting another staff member's favorite neuro-affirming practices at Infinity Therapy today! 😍♾️

"What I love the most about infinity is the flexible seating options within the clinic. Some days I do my job from a swing, the couch under a blanket, at the table, with an exercise ball or even in the ball pit. Having these flexible seating not only benefits the clients, but also benefits the providers. I struggle to sit on the floor for long periods of time due to my Hip Dysplasia so having options for me to use other options to support my body and my mind has been a great blessing at infinity. I am thankful for the space I have to work in at the clinic."
