✨ Sneak a peek at our brand-new location in Ada! ✨

We are beyond excited to open our doors this summer; it’s been a long-awaited milestone, and we can’t wait to welcome our community!

We're also thrilled to welcome our newest provider, Brooklyn Erickson, LGSW, to the Infinity Therapy team! She begins her journey with us next week and will officially start seeing clients the following week in Ada.

Our Ada location will offer:

🩵 Diagnostic assessments

What you see 👀

A provider playing games. Laughing. Being silly. Talking about favorite hobbies. Maybe it even looks like we're "just hanging out."

What we see ❤️

A child learning that an adult is safe.

A relationship built on trust instead of demands.

Shared joy that creates opportunities for connection.

Moments of frustration where we practice repairing, problem-solving, and staying connected through conflict.

A client learning to communicate, regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and feel understood.

At our clinic, we follow the DIRFloortime® model because we believe meaningful growth begins with meaningful relationships.

For many of the neurodivergent individuals and trauma survivors we support, trust isn't automatic, it's something that is earned! Before we can expect someone to work on challenging goals, they need to know they're safe, accepted, and genuinely connected to the person sitting across from them.

So yes, you'll see us playing games, building LEGO creations, drawing, laughing, or talking about dinosaurs, Minecraft, Taylor Swift, or whatever lights that individual up (many of our clients like video games)!

But what you may not see are the moments when disappointment happens, when emotions run high, when communication breaks down, or when a challenge feels too big. Those are often the most meaningful moments of therapy. Together, we work through those ruptures, celebrate the small victories, strengthen emotional resilience, and build the confidence to face everyday life.

The play isn't a break from therapy.The relationship isn't separate from therapy.

The relationship is the therapy. 💙

How is everyone holding up after last night's storm? 💙

Our team captured a few photos from before, during, and after the storm, and it reminded us that everyone experiences events like this differently.

As neurodivergent-affirming providers, we know that severe weather can be overwhelming for many people, while others may find the excitement or intensity of a storm enjoyable. There is no "right" way to experience it. Storm anxiety can show up in many ways, including increased physical energy, crying, heightened emotions, fidgeting or stimming more than usual, needing additional supports, or feeling overwhelmed by sensory input.

Everyone at Infinity Therapy is thinking of those who were impacted by the strong winds and rain, whether emotionally or physically. If you're feeling the effects today, give yourself permission to regulate in the ways that work best for you. It's common for storm-related anxiety to linger, and it can temporarily increase sensory sensitivities even after the skies have cleared.

We hope you're all safe, and we're sending care to our community. 💙

One of Perham's newest businesses is now offering guided breathwork sessions!

Breathwork uses intentional breathing techniques to help calm your nervous system, promote relaxation, and leave you feeling more grounded and refreshed. Each session is guided by a facilitator who leads you through the experience. 🌬

Enjoyed the sunshine this morning with a stroll to the Perham Farmers Market! 🧺💐🌮 The temps climbed into the mid-80s pretty quickly though, so a retreat to the cool clinic basement was definitely needed afterward. 😅
