Introducing our founder, LeeAnn Hoodjer, DNP, FNP, PMHNP! She’s a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. LeeAnn is passionate about providing care that looks at the whole person, not just a diagnosis. She sees patients for a wide range of mental health concerns, and also offers hormone replacement therapy, with services that are covered by insurance (yes, really).

“My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, brain fog, or hormone-related shifts that just make you feel “off,” we work together to find a plan that helps you feel like yourself again.”

She takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to mental health care, partnering closely with patients to develop treatment plans that support real, sustainable change. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or life’s many transitions, Jordyn meets patients exactly where they are.
