FUN FACT: I used to figure skate when I was younger and stopped around high school. Even my AOL username was skatesonice87 lol I will say that getting back on the ice in my 30s was a humbling experience but I am so excited to go again!

AND this week I am going to see the Olympian skaters live on ice and I can’t wait!

If a child or teen (or even you as an adult!) have reservations about therapy, ask what they think happens in session! Therapy may surprise you! There are very creative ways to work on ourselves and our families 🙂 Talking works great as well!
