NR. NMN. Niacinamide.
All three can contribute to the pathways our cells use to produce NAD⁺ , a critical cofactor involved in energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and cellular signaling.
But here’s where the science matters:
Human studies show that NR and NMN can increase NAD⁺-related metabolites. What we have NOT established is that simply raising NAD⁺ reliably slows human aging, extends lifespan, or produces meaningful improvements across metabolic and functional outcomes. (PubMed)
