Peace & love ✨ I’m so glad you’re here. This space is rooted in real care plant-based food and holistic remedies made to nourish, protect, and restore.
I spent 4 years in the healthcare system and saw that true healing doesn’t come from quick fixes, it comes from nature, intention, and love. When I got pregnant with my son, I went even deeper into plant-based and holistic living. He was my push, my reminder that this is my passion and my purpose, I was made for this work. I want to help other families and individuals on their journey too. 💛
I believe food should taste good, feel good in the body, and support our health. We shouldn’t have to sacrifice our wellness when we eat, drink, or care for ourselves. That’s why I make herbal teas, plant-based foods, and remedies that bring us back to our roots simple, intentional, and full of love.
