Step Up for Wellness 🚶🚶‍♀️

We’re excited to support our partnership with Buncombe County Employees for their month-long Step Challenge! Today we’re kicking things off with a morning event focused on movement, wellness and community.

Our Clinic Director will be leading two stretch sessions to help participants start the challenge strong. SEPT is also bringing the team spirit with two teams of six participating throughout the challenge.

We’re proud to support the health and wellness of our local community and can’t wait to see everyone get their steps in!

We Moved !! ✨

We’re excited to share that our Leicester location has moved just a few units down into a bigger facility! This move gives us more space to support our growing community and continue providing high-quality care in an environment designed with our patients in mind.

Meet Dex 💪

We recently brought our BioDex Balance System to the Biltmore clinic, and it is already making an impact. Nicknamed Dex by the team, this system helps assess, train, and track balance, stability, and neuromuscular control.

From fall risk screening and concussion management to neurological and post-surgical rehab, Dex allows us to deliver more precise, data-driven care to support patient progress every step of the way!!

Buncombe 5K & Wellness Fair 🏃‍♂️

We recently got the chance to participate in the Buncombe Employee and Family 5K and Wellness Fair. Our team led the pre-race stretch with Jim and Scott from our North Asheville clinic and had a great time connecting with the community.

Reminder for Buncombe County employees: physical therapy at all 9 SEPT clinics is covered at no cost with a referral through Employee Health.
