It’s almost that time! Tips from your neighborhood urologist when going back to school! 1. Make sure you know where the closest bathroom is from all their classes ! All kids need frequent bathroom breaks during school. Try to know your built in breaks so you don’t miss class time !
2. Pick out your favorite water bottle (the bigger the better). Many kids won’t drink much water throughout the day at school but that leads to dehydration and not feeling well.
3. Don’t forget fiber in your lunch! Throw some veggies and fruits in your lunch everyday!
