🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: KELSIE LETCHER, RN 🌟
Today we are excited to spotlight Kelsie Letcher, RN - Staff Services Coordinator! 💙
Kelsie’s journey in healthcare began right here at Bethesda Nursing Home, where she started as a CNA in 2011. Her passion for caring for others continued to grow, leading her to further her education and nursing career.
🎓 Education & Career Journey:
• 2011 — Started at Bethesda Nursing Home as a CNA
• 2015 — Earned her Associate Degree as a Medical Assistant from Lake Area Technical College
• 2022 — Earned her LPN degree from MTI
• 2025 — Graduated as an RN from Lake Area Technical College
Outside of work, Kelsie is a busy mom of four kids and enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching her kids participate in all of their activities. Her family also includes their dog, Jada 🐾. Her husband works for Northwestern Electric in Webster, SD.
❤️ One of Kelsie’s biggest passions is training and supporting new staff. She loves helping others discover the rewarding side of healthcare and hopes to inspire new employees to develop the same love for this career that she has.
From starting as a CNA to becoming an RN, Kelsie is a wonderful example of dedication, growth, and passion for caring for others.
