Our RBTs are always growing and sharpening their skills 💡

This morning during our staff meeting, we worked through a hands-on learning sort focused on differential reinforcement—breaking down real-life examples and making sure we’re responding to behavior in the most effective, intentional ways.

We’re big on learning together and making sure what we do in session is thoughtful, consistent, and meaningful for our kids.

Hey, my name is Michelle. I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee, and I have been a Certified Pharmacy Technician for the past 2 years.

I have always had a strong passion for working with children and firmly believe that every child can thrive with the right support and positive role models.

I am from Florida and moved to Ohio 3 years ago with my amazing fiancé, Rylan. I am adopted and have 5 sisters with disabilities and/or special needs, which has deeply influenced my compassion and commitment to helping others.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and pursuing my passion for photography.
