I'm Brownie Brown Pop. I'm a biker for 55 years , and i hit the gym, 73 years young, but my joints get sore.knees ,shoulders, neck, and hips at times. I always have Brownie Batanical on hand either in my house and on my bike. I use it. The pain is gone after a few days of using it in the morning and before I go to bed.
