Good evening everyone,
This post is to confirm that the dates posted for the classes in the Land O Lakes Library this month are wrong.
Moving forward all classes will be on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, so there isn’t confusion when we have a 5 week calendar.

This means instead of this weekend, the class will be next weekend Saturday the 12th at 3PM and the second class will be on the 26th at 3PM.

I apologize for any confusion and hope to see you at our next class.

With over 2 decades of regular practice and instructing, my goal is to help people find a rhythmic flow in their life. Tai-Chi is the study of harmonious movements both in you (body, mind, soul) but as well in your life. I hope you all take a moment to disconnect from your day and just enjoy some true “you time”.
