Now that we are all getting outside more, I'm seeing a massive spike in Plantar Fasciitis complaints. But here's the truth: your foot is usually just the victim - your calves are the bully.

When your calves are tight from a sedentary winter, they pull on the bottom of your foot every time you take a step. This is , I'm showing you how we fix that in a session.

By using Assisted Stretching I can target the deep muscles of the lower leg that are often missed by standard streches. We're not just rubbing the spot that hurts, we're releasing the tension that causes the pain in the first place.

The Goal: to get you back on the pavement, the trail, or the farmstead without that shart "pinch" in your step!

✨ Flexibility Friday: Say Goodbye to Tension Headaches & Migraines ✨

This week at Flex and Flow, we focused on four key areas that are often at the root of tension headaches:

C1 & C2 Vertebrae Release — Creating space at the top of the spine to relieve the compression that builds up from daily stress and poor posture.

Trap Stretch — Releasing the upper traps helps keep the spine balanced and takes pressure off the neck and shoulders.

Erector Spinae — When these muscles are tight, everything above them suffers. Loosening them supports better posture from the ground up.

Scalene Stretch — A game changer for tech neck and forward head posture. Most people have never even heard of these muscles — but they feel the tension every day.
