Current families in care, past families, birth workers, friends of Embrace Midwifery are invited to check out our new space! We are in the planning stages and would love to share information about building a birth center and show you around! Light apps, gelato and beverages will be provided at our open house. We will be selling Embrace t-shirts so you can spread the word about us. And plants that you can watch grow as our practice grows to meet our communities needs for growing families!

A Birth Center is basically having a home birth at our “house”. Not literally but our birth suites will be very homie, quiet and staff will support you. We specialize in natural, physiological birth, water birth and immediate skin to skin without interruptions✨ Studies show birth center care is a safe and affordable option for low risk birthers and families. We are working towards opening in January of 2028. Follow us along on our journey!

So excited to share our new Embrace Midwifery space in West Boylston! We will be using this location to have an office and to still offer home birth care for the next year while we work towards a Birth Center in Northern Central Massachusetts. Embrace Midwifery team made the trek into the Massachusetts State House for the historic signing of the Bill H.4999 An Act promoting access to midwifery care and out-of-hospital birth options by Governor Maura Healey! This "Momnibus" package expands access to midwifery care, birth centers and home birth for all women/people of childbearing age. Sarah personally has fought many years for the climate of midwifery in Massachusetts to change! Evidence shows us that Midwives Save Lives! Many women and children were present today excited to see the beginning of change in Massachusetts for many families! Thank you to our Governor, senators and representatives that have listened, learned and made this day possible!
