Hi all
Im considering running classes virtually thru the winter. I would gratefully appreciate your feedback on a couple things so i know what would appeal to you and others.
1. What hour of day works best?
My thoughts are like an 8am, noon and 5pm class but want to hear your preferred hour, does not need to be one of the above.

2. What days of the week?

3. What types of classes?
Please pick your top 2 or 3 from list below:
Pilates
Boot camp
Boxing/kickboxing
Kettlebells
Strength training
Strength training/pilates
Low impact/no weights
Cardio
Abs, butt and thighs

4. Preferred Class size.
One on one
Smaller individual class
Regular class/ not geared to trainer

5. Price based on how many classes you do or ability to do unlimited classes.

Time 5-6,pm
Days Mondays and Thursdays
Starts August 2 runs for 5 weeks
Cost $100 for both days, $75 for one day
