Studies show stretching AND resistance training can improve your range of motion.

Two peer-reviewed studies have similar conclusions.

The system is built to manage your pain. Not to find the source of it.

That is not a knock on your doctor. Most of them would dig deeper if they had the time. But the system is built to treat what hurts and move on.

Here is the gap. Medicine tests your blood pressure, your cholesterol, and your weight. It has never had a number for how well you move. So nobody checks it. And the decline runs quietly until it turns into pain.

You cannot fix a source you have never measured.
