Bring your baby, bring your stroller, bring a friend… or just come as you are.
We’ll walk, chat, connect with other women, and you can ask me anything pelvic floor — pregnancy, postpartum recovery, leaking, core strength, pain, birth prep, mom-life or even the questions you’ve been too embarrassed to ask in an appointment.
Or don’t ask me anything at all. 😂
Just come walk and meet some other women in the community!
