🚨 A reckless statewide ballot measure threatens millions of Californians who rely on community health centers and clinics for care.

Community health centers and clinics are often the only source of care in rural and underserved communities. If this ballot measure passes in November 2026:

Patients will lose access to care and skip preventive services
More patients will end up in ERs with costly, hard-to-treat conditions
Health care costs for patients, the state, and taxpayers will increase by billions annually

This local measure would provide temporary funding to help keep critical healthcare services open during a time of major federal and state healthcare funding cuts. If Los Angeles County approves, Measure ER would temporarily add a half-cent sales tax in Los Angeles County through October 2031 to help sustain essential healthcare services.
