We're celebrating fighting hunger with Meals from the Heartland! The Iowa Clinic celebrated 100,610 meals packaged as an organization through our meal packing events over the years. This week, employees and their families packaged 34,482 meals that will help provide nutrition to 133 children.

Meet Ellie Westemeyer, physical therapist at The Iowa Clinic in West Des Moines! Ellie joined our team in 2025 with a passion for building meaningful relationships with her patients, educating them about their bodies and empowering them to feel like themselves again. 🙌

Ellie specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating conditions like urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in patients of all ages. The pelvic floor affects more aspects of daily life than most people realize, and the right care can make all the difference.
