In each of Alie’s classes, she shares subtle, deep cuing, giving you tools to tune into your true essence. Alie's passion for yoga and meditation has led her around the world to study with the worlds foremost teachers and eccentrics. Alie shares her love of yoga wherever she goes, whether at home in Chicago, or on her continued travels around the world, leading international retreats. Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the serene Lilly Nature Center in Indiana for a full day devoted to slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. Through breath-led yoga, pranayama, meditation, and restorative practice, Alie will guide you into a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, and your natural capacity for ease. The morning practice focuses on gentle movement with precise alignment cues, offering space for self-discovery and grounding.

After a shared potluck lunch break, the afternoon shifts into deep rest and restoration. This is where the pace softens even further, inviting your nervous system to unwind, your mind to settle, and your body to fully receive the benefits of stillness. It’s an experience designed not to push, but to restore.
