Life does not always leave room for a long commute or another thing on your schedule. That’s why we offer both in person and telehealth counseling, so support can fit into real life, not just the “perfect” version of it.

Whether you’re sitting in your car during lunch, finally getting a quiet moment at home, or balancing a hundred responsibilities at once, telehealth gives you access to care without having to put your whole day on hold.

Lady Petunia Honkerton wants to remind you that the way you speak to yourself matters. So many people move through life carrying an inner voice that is constantly critical, impatient, or impossible to satisfy. Over time, those thoughts can become heavy, even when no one else hears them.

You deserve the same kindness and understanding you so freely give to others. Learning to speak to yourself with more compassion is part of healing too.💛

Some losses change you forever. They leave an ache that does not simply disappear with time, no matter how much life keeps moving around you. Grief can show up in waves, in quiet moments, or in ways you least expect.

Healing does not mean forgetting or “getting over it.” It means learning how to carry the loss differently, with more gentleness, support, and space for both the pain and the love that remains.

You replay conversations in your head, question small changes, and wonder if you did something wrong. A delayed response or a shift in someone’s energy can suddenly feel much bigger than it probably is.

Relationship anxiety can make it hard to relax, even with people who care about you. When your mind is always preparing for distance, rejection, or conflict, connection can start to feel exhausting instead of safe. You deserve relationships that feel steady, reassuring, and emotionally safe to exist in.

For Panic & Anxiety 💙

Your heart races. Your chest tightens. Your thoughts spiral faster than you can slow them down. What feels overwhelming inside is often invisible to everyone else, which can make it even harder when people dismiss it as “just stress.”

But anxiety is more than worrying too much, and panic is more than being overwhelmed. What you’re feeling is real, and you deserve support that takes your experience seriously.

No matter where you are in the state, support can meet you there. We offer both in person and telehealth counseling, making it easier to access care in a way that fits your life and your location.

Whether you live in a busy city, a small town, or anywhere in between, telehealth allows you to connect with a therapist from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Consistent support should feel accessible, not out of reach.

You learned to stay quiet. To avoid conflict, keep the peace, and read the room before you spoke. You became aware of everyone else’s emotions while slowly learning to ignore your own.

What looked like being “mature” or “easygoing” may have actually been your mind and body trying to keep you safe. Those patterns were learned for a reason, and understanding them can be part of healing.

For People Afraid to Ask for Help 💙

You keep telling yourself, “Other people have it worse.” So you minimize what you’re feeling, push your needs aside, and convince yourself you should be able to handle it alone.

But pain is not a competition. Just because someone else is struggling too does not make your experience less real or less deserving of support. You are allowed to ask for help before things become unbearable.
