Palm Beach Health Network is proud to support stroke survivors and caregivers on their journey to recovery. The Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group, led by stroke survivors, is designed to provide emotional and psychosocial support for both survivors and their caregivers. Experiencing a stroke often brings significant and stressful life changes, and you don’t have to face them alone.

This free support group offers a welcoming forum to share experiences, advice, and encouragement with others who understand. St. Mary’s Medical Center hosts the group in the Cypress Room from 5:30–7:00 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of every month.
