Why was the man on my path so angry at 7 am?

My favorite thing to do on my birthday is run a new disney resort. Ive ran throigh 8 resorts so far. What resorts have you ran and think i should try next?

The world feels different before it wakes up.

The roads are quieter.
The air is cooler.
The sunrise feels like it's just for YOU.

As a mom, those early mornings are often the only time that's completely mine. Especially during summer, when the days are filled with "Mom!" from the moment everyone wakes up, and during the school year, when life becomes a BLUR of school drop-offs, sports, practices, homework, and everything in between.

So I protect this hour 🔒

It starts with my pre-workout, a few minutes to stretch, my Shokz on, and then it's just me and the sunrise.

Those runs aren't JUST about training. They're where I clear my mind, find gratitude, work through whatever I'm carrying, have breakthroughs and remind myself that taking care of myself isn't selfish, it's necessary. By the time the rest of the world wakes up, I get to show up as a better person because I showed up for myself first.

That's what makes these runs my favorite part of the day. 🌅🏃🎧
