Did you know most funeral homes use a call center to take their phone calls after normal business hours? You call after 5 and you will more than likely be talking to a call center employee on the east coast, or maybe not even in the US. They pay these call centers so not to be inconvenienced after hours. The call center employee will answer with the appropriate FH name and follow the script and get your information and forward it on to the call out person via an app usually. This cost is passed onto you, the customer, as most overhead fees are.

We do not use a call center, after hours we forward our calls to one of our staff members who lives here locally, and will more than likely know you or know of you and your family. Yes, it’s not a fancy call center, but you’re getting personal service with us. The call is forwarded to a cell phone. You can text and call the same main number. The only reason we wouldn’t answer be if we are helping someone in need of our services. We will return your call as soon as possible. Always leave a text too please. (With recent cell phone issues effecting all carriers please leave a text & voicemail and even fb messenger if you don’t get a prompt response)

Locally owned, hometown proud, striving to provide the best personal customer service, with honest upfront pricing.
