There's something profoundly healing about slowing down long enough to remember that we're part of nature—not separate from it. 🌿✨
While visiting the Big Island of Hawaii, Andy and I experienced forest bathing in the Kona Cloud Forest. This isn't just a walk through the woods. It's an invitation to fully engage your senses—to touch the moss, feel the texture of the leaves, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, and become completely present.
Science shows that spending intentional time in nature can reduce stress, improve mood, support the immune system, and help regulate the nervous system.
Sometimes we're so busy searching for healing that we overlook one of God's greatest gifts—His creation. 💚
Healing doesn't always come from doing more. Sometimes it begins by slowing down enough to receive what nature has been offering all along.
🌲 When was the last time you truly allowed nature to nourish your mind, body, and spirit?
