Ever notice those little muscle twitches during a PEMF session? Those are called fasciculations, and they’re a completely normal response. They often show up in areas where your horse may be holding onto muscle tension, inflammation, or soreness from training, travel, or everyday wear and tear.

While these twitches aren’t a diagnosis, they can help point out areas that may benefit from a little extra attention during the session. As circulation improves and muscles begin to relax, you’ll often notice those responses settle down as your horse becomes more comfortable.
