🔥🪜 SATURDAY 9AM... THESE LADIES CAME TO STEP! 🪜🔥

The moves didn't stop.
The combos didn't stop.
And these ladies DID NOT STOP WORKING! 😤💪🏾

My Saturday Xtreme Hip Hop crew put in MAJOR work! We built the combinations, followed the callouts, burned some calories, and had plenty of fun along the way.

And of course... Shocktroop had to jump on the step! 😂🔥

Every now and then I have to give my babies a little rendition of MY step style. I slowed it down so they could actually see the footwork, catch the rhythm, and understand how I put my moves together.

Because trust me... I can speed it up when I need to! 😎🪜💨

That's what these Saturday classes are about. I'm not expecting you to step like me. I'm teaching you how to develop YOUR OWN style, build confidence, and become a stronger stepper every week.

Beginners learn. Intermediate steppers grow. Advanced steppers get challenged.

And everybody gets a Shocktroop workout!
