🗓 Friday, May 29, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Westwood Public Library: registration is still available!

📚 This training will help participants learn how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.

Over 1 in 5 U.S. adults (roughly 60 million) live with a mental illness, and roughly half of all mental health conditions start by age 14.

Westwood NJ Stigma Free is offering two Mental Health First Aid trainings, as well as Talk Saves Lives trainings.

Help us continue to raise awareness around mental health as we build a stigma free community.

Over the last decade Judy Banes has been the biggest advocate for those who are living with a mental illness within our community. Judy was always available to provide guidance and insight; give support to family members or caretakers.
