i think we spend a lot of time trying to make sense of ourselves. looking for proof, explanations, or some kind of certainty before we trust what we’re feeling. but sometimes understanding comes later. sometimes the feeling itself is enough information to start listening.

this full moon feels like a good time to get a little quieter and notice what’s already there. pull a card, write about it, sit with it, take a walk, stare at the moon. you don’t have to figure anything out. just see what comes up. 🖤

i’ve been thinking a lot about the things we miss and what that feeling might be trying to tell us. the people we haven’t seen enough, the things we used to make time for, the parts of ourselves that somehow got pushed to the side when life got busy.

(and no, i’m not talking about your toxic ex 🤪 i’m talking about the things that make you feel more like you.)

maybe missing something doesn’t always mean we’re stuck in the past. sometimes it’s just a reminder that something still matters to us, and maybe that’s reason enough to make a little room for it again. 🖤
