✨ Get to know Claudia! ✨

There's so much more to our therapists than what happens in the therapy room. We recently sat down with Claudia to learn more about her approach to therapy, what she's learned throughout her career, how she practices self-care while caring for others, and more.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship starts with feeling connected, and sometimes getting to know your therapist beyond their credentials can make taking that first step feel a little easier.

Swipe through to read Claudia's answers and get to know her a little better! 💙

Is there a question you'd love us to ask one of our therapists next? Let us know in the comments!

School anxiety doesn't always look like worry. Sometimes it looks like stomachaches before school, frustration over little things, wanting to stay home, or coming home completely drained. Every child responds differently to stress, and these behaviors don't automatically mean anxiety. But they can be an invitation to slow down, ask questions, and stay curious about what your child may be experiencing. If school-related worries continue or start affecting daily life, talking with a mental health professional may help your family better understand what your child needs.

There’s something special about slowing down and giving yourself permission to simply be. 🌿✨

Last week, Sara had the opportunity to lead a beautiful Sound Bath experience with , surrounded by nature on a peaceful summer evening. Centered around the theme of late summer transitions, the experience invited participants to pause, reflect, and embrace the changing season with intention.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to GFC Wellness for creating such a welcoming space. We're grateful to be part of a community that values connection, healing, and moments of rest.

Success in youth sports isn't only about the final score. It's also about learning how to handle setbacks, encouraging teammates, building confidence, and discovering what you're capable of. Those moments may not show up on the scoreboard, but they can shape how young athletes approach challenges both on and off the field. As another season gets underway, celebrate the wins that can't be measured in points.

Self-care looks different for everyone, and that's the point.

We asked a few of our therapists one simple question: "What is one self-care habit that you have?" Their answers are thoughtful reminders that caring for your mental health doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes the smallest habits can make the biggest difference.

Which self-care habit resonates with you the most? Share yours in the comments-we'd love to hear it! 🌿

One sport. One identity. One bad season away from burnout.

Normalizing mental health means young athletes get to keep loving the game, not just performing it. Strong mind, strong body, on and off the field.

Sophia's last day at the clinic! 🎉📸 It's officially Sophia's last day interning with us and we are NOT okay (but our grid has never looked better).

This summer she took our socials from "eh" to elevated: killer videos, a content calendar that actually made sense, and a glow-up across every channel we touch.

Now she's headed back to school, and we're already dreading the day we have to make our own Canva graphics again. 😭 Thank you for the hard work, the creativity, and putting up with our "can we just add one more thing" requests. Go be brilliant, Sophia. We'll be cheering you on from here. 💙

Back-to-school season can bring excitement, but it can also bring pressure. While kids are adjusting to new teachers and routines, parents and caregivers are often managing schedules, paperwork, pickups, meals, and trying to keep everything moving. If you're feeling stretched thin already, you're not the only one. You don't have to handle every challenge perfectly to be doing a good job. Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is notice how you're doing, too. If this season feels overwhelming, support is here whenever you're ready to take that first step.
