Those who need therapy often have to pay out of pocket or go without care, even if they have health insurance. Hundreds of mental health providers told us they fled networks because insurers made their jobs impossible and their lives miserable.

So many people to hold in my heart today. Today is not always an easy day for many for reasons too lengthy to list here...

Just know if today isn’t an easy day for you I’m sending you love and I hold your heart in mine. Try to give yourself permission to do what you need to take care of you. If you’re enjoying your day as I am, take it all in. We deserve a day to reflect and elongate the moments of love and joy. Happy Mother’s Day 💜
